donation refund policy
If you made an error in your donation, or if you change your mind about contributing to the International Hyperbaric Medical Foundation or one of our supported clinics, such as the Patriot Clinics, Inc., or a project such as your state's veteran recovery plan, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. To request a refund, call (405) 603-1933. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
GENERAL DONATIONS are used to pay for hyperbaric oxygen treatment for our nations' wounded warriors and their family members who need it. HBOT restores not only individuals, but relationships as well. About 80% of our patients are veterans and their family members. We also treat police officers, firefighters, tornado victims, victims of crime and anyone in need. No one gets turned away. We never charge our patients for treatment since we want to ensure that our patients complete the full protocol to ensure treatment success regardless of their ability to pay. Brain-injured people do not have money, therefore we rely on charity donations to help us complete our mission of restoring our veterans. Thank you, in the name of our wounded veterans.
Please see this note from the Blue Star Mother of a veteran currently in treatment at our OKC clinic:
"Thank you and God bless you for what you are doing for my son. The last seven years have been a nightmare and now I am seeing the person he was before he went off to the war. I felt like I had lost a son even though he came back. I watched as members of his platoon committed suicide and wondered if he would be next. I am amazed at the change in him and so thankful for it. Just wanted to let you know that this mother is very emotional and grateful for what you have done for Anthony. It has changed everything. I am seeing my son return to the person he was before. I really thought he was gone forever. I have shared this story and I will continue to share. I owe you so much more than I can ever repay."
Thank you for your generosity!
